A steam/chilled system is a thermal energy that provides sustainable energy that provides hot and cold water to heat and cool the apartments.
Packages can be delivered to our mailroom or Parcel Pending, which is a subscription service. Parcel Pending is $20 for the duration of your lease. Residents that register for Parcel Pending will have their packages delivered into a secure locker located within our mailroom. This allows the convenience of both package delivery and pick-up outside of Flashcubes office hours.
The streetcar runs every 10-15 minutes. We have a streetcar stop just outside our parking lot. The streetcar is free of charge.

Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – Midnight
