|Recommended: NoI’m handicap. I moved in back in June 2025, with that understanding. I come out tonight to no car because security had my car towed. He said he didn’t see the handicap sign. The sign hangs over the rear view mirror may have fallen off, I’m not sure, it’s always hanging an must be on the floor below. I now won’t have money to pay rent since it will cost close to 400 to get out of town ai don’t even have a ride to get my truck out the tow. Please help me ANYONE

While parking passes and placards are required to be visible at all times to ensure parking remains available for residents and to maintain the safety of our community, we completely understand that accidents happen and a placard falling to the floor is something that can occur without any knowledge.

Living in a multifamily community like ours does come with unique considerations—especially when it comes to sound. Our building's concrete floors and aluminum frame windows enhance the modern design but can also cause noise to carry more than in traditional constructions that use more drywall.
We encourage all residents to be mindful of their noise levels and consider sound-absorbing solutions such as area rugs, furniture placement, and other soft materials that can help reduce sound transfer. Creating a comfortable and respectful living environment is a shared effort, and we appreciate everyone doing their part to make Flashcube a great place to call home!

|Recommended: No👎🏼👎 — Parking is too expensive for cars to be broken into and it be a surface lot. You have better luck parking on the street for free and maybe getting ticketed. They don’t listen to your requests and rarely make the changes they say they plan to. They overcharge like crazy for steam and chill and the price seems to keep going up every month. Not my favorite place.

The vibrant downtown river market is just steps away, offering a plethora of dining and entertainment options. I enjoy easy access to the streetcar, providing seamless transportation throughout the city. However, enhanced soundproofing would elevate the living experience to unparalleled levels of comfort. This improvement would create a truly tranquil urban oasis.

|Recommended: YesOur Best Life In A Flash😉 — We just recently upgraded our lifestyle, and we are so excited to call Flashcube our home. Where do we begin to describe the impact moving here has made on us We pay hundreds less than living in Lawrence, KS, and the city is at our doorstep The streetcar stops just outside, and we can now spend more time with our two young children. So many things to see and do, and so many delicious foods all around us But we don't even need to leave the Cube to have a full and entertaining day We just hop on the elevator and BAM Pickleball, tennis, video games, rock-climbing all indoors Our dog even knows how great we have it here. Pet spa station and gated dog park just an elevator ride away YASSSSS Everyone we meet is super friendly, too
We've seen the negative reviews about Air BnB, but we feel all of that adds to the charm and excitement of Flashcube. It's fun to see others enjoying this amazing structure.
